I am a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist and Chinese medicine practitioner.
I am passionate about helping individuals with hypersensitive and overwhelmed nervous systems navigate and find holistic solutions for complex chronic and autoimmune conditions, allergies, stress, mental and emotional wellbeing, hormonal health imbalances and persistent pain.
My practice is conveniently located in downtown Sebastopol, CA.

My treatments are deeply rooted in the careful and time-tested practice of observing nature.
Classical Chinese medicine recognizes that we are part of nature, and that by aligning with natural cycles, rhythms and processes, we can return to an intrinsic state of balance that promotes health, vitality and wellbeing.
My areas of specialty include autoimmune conditions and hypersensitivity, allergies, stress management, mental and emotional health, hormonal imbalances, women’s health issues and pain management.
I am a California Board-Licensed Acupuncturist and herbalist.
I received my Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences in Oakland, CA, and I was certified in Western herbalism at the California School of Herbal Studies in Forestville, CA.
